Observations – did car travel smoothly, straight, always forward, etc?

The car jerked as it travelled forward.
The car travelled fairly smoothly, but it can be improved.
The car travelled fairly smoothly, but it can be improved.
Did lever / string operate smoothly?
No. The lever's movement was too fast and sudden
No. The lever did not fully release
Yes.
Filename of video recorded is:
Phy PT Test 1
Phy PT Test 2
Phy PT Test 3
Area for improvement (1 only)
The lever snapped (released too quickly) during the run.
The lever did not release fully.
The car does not travel far enough.
Possible reason (1 only)
The lever was too short and weak. Thus, the tension of the spring caused it to snap.
Glue had solidified around some parts of the lever, thus obstructing the release.
It needs to travel at least
5.0 m.
Modification made (1 only)
Change the lever to a wooden pencil
Melt the glue and reattach the lever.
Change the front wheels from CD to bottle caps.

Modification (New Google-sketchup)
